REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 20th

At SM Products, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your items, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Have all original tags, packaging, and labels.

Be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards.

Final sale items.

Personal care items such as hijab pins or under-scarves.


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).


3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at smtrends2024@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process.

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective.

6. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
